Patient Satisfaction
Riverside Medical Center has a process in place to receive, distribute and respond to patient satisfaction data and reports, to include individual patient/family concerns and Avatar patient satisfaction reports. Patients and families have a right to voice complaints about their care and to have those complaints reviewed and resolved when possible. Concerns can be directed to our Patient Representative at (715) 258-1065.

Riverside Medical Center is a Joint Commission Accredited organization. If concerns about patient care or safety can not be resolved by the hospital, individuals can also contact the Joint Commission at 800-994-6610 or through their website www.jcaho.org.
