Aquatics Exercise Program |

| The Rehabilitation Services Department at RMC offers an Aquatics Exercise Program. Gentle exercises in the warm Rehab pool can improve joint flexibility and reduce joint pain. This program meets twice a week, for four weeks, in the warmth and privacy of the Rehab pool. Call the Rehab Department at 258-1053 for registration information.

| Choose from a variety of cholesterol and glucose tests offered at Riverside Medical Center on the first and third Wednesday of the month. There is a minimal cost to the participant determined by which tests are chosen. A blood pressure screening is offered at no charge. Register by calling the RMC Central Scheduling Office at 258-1119.

| Riverside Medical Center Registered Nurse, Sandy Testin, will explain the benefits of breastfeeding and provide helpful hints for getting mother and baby off to a healthy start. The class meets on Monday May 12th from 6:30 8:30 PM at Riverside Medical Center, 800 Riverside Drive, Waupaca. Register by calling the Central Scheduling Office at 258-1119.

New Baby Support Group |

| Riverside Medical Center offers a support group for new parents to share experiences and concerns in dealing with the many changes a new baby brings into their lives. The topic on the 15th is Intimacy and Motherhood. Sandy Testin, RN, will host the meeting. The group meets at 9:30 AM at the United Methodist Church, located one block north of the Medical Center on 8th St and Park St. There is no charge and pre-registration is not required.
